We are looking for reliable, hardworking crew members who have experience in landscaping, grading, drainage, excavation, or tree work. This role involves working outdoors on residential and commercial properties to deliver high-quality results for our customers.
Responsibilities
• Perform landscaping tasks including mulching, planting, edging, and lawn services
• Assist with grading, drainage installation, and excavation projects
• Help with hardscape installations such as patios, retaining walls, and walkways
• Operate landscaping equipment and small machinery
• Assist with tree removal, stump grinding, and cleanup when needed
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Work efficiently with team members to complete projects on schedule
Preferred Experience
Experience in any of the following is highly valued:
• Grading and drainage work
• Excavation and equipment operation
• Landscaping and lawn service
• Hardscape installation
• Tree removal or stump grinding
Requirements
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
