About the Role
We are seeking a Brand Manager to lead marketing strategy and execution for a portfolio of fastener brands recognized for their precision, performance, and reliability. In this role, you will:
- Develop and execute brand plans that strengthen market positioning and drive growth across construction, industrial, and retail channels
- Lead multi-channel campaigns and guide creative direction for packaging, advertising, digital content, and promotional materials
- Partner closely with Sales leadership to support go-to-market strategies and customer programs for distributors and end users
- Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation
- Set and track KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and present insights to senior leadership for strategic decision-making
- Supervise and mentor an Assistant Brand Manager, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5–7 years of brand management or marketing experience, ideally in B2B or industrial manufacturing
- Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies that deliver measurable growth
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Experience with creative direction and digital marketing (social, email, paid media, SEO)
- Proficiency with marketing automation and project tools (HubSpot, Pardot, Asana, or equivalent)
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence at all levels of the organization
- Ability to travel for customer meetings, tradeshows, and site visits
