Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current Massachusetts licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Preferred experience in a school-based setting, working with children with disabilities
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Location:
Quincy, MA
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students requiring occupational therapy
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and other specialists
- Implement therapy sessions that align with IEP goals and promote student progress
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy services and student progress
- Participate in team meetings and advocate for students needs and supports
