Job DescriptionReceptionistPay $18-$19/hrMonday - Friday 9am - 5pmA facility management company is seeking a professional Receptionist to handle front office responsibilities and support daily operations. This role will serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls from clients, vendors, and service technicians regarding building maintenance, janitorial, security, and other facility services.Responsibilities
- Answer and route incoming calls from clients, vendors, and field staff
- Provide basic information and direct service requests to the appropriate team
- Maintain and update spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
- Prepare documents and reports in Microsoft Word
- Assist with data entry, tracking service requests, and general administrative tasks
- Greet visitors and maintain a professional front office environment
Requirements
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills
- Excellent phone and customer service skills
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple calls and tasks in a fast-paced office
