Job Description:
- Must be able to translate and assist teammates at all times.
- Must be willing to work on the line if needed.
- Regularly walk around and check on teammates.
- Provide translation during orientation when necessary.
- Be available to work overtime until the department finishes.
- Stay until all teammates are clocked out (excluding supervisors).
- Communicate daily with the supervisor.
- Follow instructions from group leaders, team leaders, and supervisors.
