We're seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Travel Concierge Assistant to help clients coordinate seamless travel experiences. In this fully remote role, you'll assist with travel arrangements, itinerary planning, reservations, and client support while ensuring a high level of service throughout the travel planning process.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with travel reservations, itinerary coordination, and booking support
- Communicate with clients regarding travel preferences, trip details, updates, and confirmations
- Research and coordinate accommodations, transportation, activities, and travel-related services
- Manage travel requests from initial inquiry through final confirmation
- Maintain accurate client records, booking information, and documentation using company systems
- Provide timely and professional support to ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience
- Review travel arrangements for accuracy and completeness
- Collaborate with team members and suppliers to support client needs
Qualifications
- Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Proficient with online platforms, digital tools, and web-based applications
- Dependable, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Previous experience in travel, hospitality, customer service, administration, or client support is a plus but not required
