Job DescriptionDegree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We are currently seeking motivated and independent Speech-Language Pathologists for exciting school-based opportunities in Pontiac, MI for the 2026–2027 school year.

Position Highlights:

• Full-Time Openings
• 35 Hours Per Week
• Flexible daily scheduling based on school hours
• Candidates should be comfortable supporting students across PreK–12th grade populations

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services
• Conduct evaluations and complete documentation independently
• Develop and implement IEP goals
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Manage all standard duties of a school-based SLP position

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Michigan SLP License required
• Ability to work independently and manage a school caseload effectively
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Previous school-based experience preferred
