Ruiz CPA & Associates P.C., an established family owned CPA firm located in Austin Texas, is seeking an individual with minimum two years of receptionist and office clerical experience for permanent position.
Individual will answer phones, greet clients, handle employee calendars/ scheduling, collecting payments, data entry and various administrative duties. Ideal candidate has minimum of two years receptionist and office clerical experience with a customer-service emphasis. Must be self motivated and a “team player.” Strong verbal and written communications is a must.
We are looking for a bilingual applicant that speaks Spanish.
