Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in School Psychology required
- Current and valid Minnesota school psychologist license

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to design and monitor effective interventions
- Provide counseling, support, and behavioral intervention services to students
- Participate in data-driven decision-making to guide interventions and programs
- Promote a safe, positive, and inclusive school climate
- Deliver professional development and resources to educators on mental health and best practices
- Maintain strict confidentiality and ethical practices in all aspects of the role
