Lease Purchase Program Updates

Lease Structure:

  • This gives you the Ability to Have No Truck Lease Payment While on Home Time!
    

How it Works:

• $12,350 max lease payment per quarter
  • Once you hit $12,350 in a quarter → your lease is PAID for the rest of that quarter
  • After that, you keep running without lease payments (maintenance still applies)
  • If you don’t hit the full amount, the remaining balance rolls into the next quarter
    
• Payments collected at $0.42 per mile
• $0.10 per mile maintenance fund continues on all miles

About the Program:

• Drive late-model, fully equipped trucks with no barriers to entry: 2024–2026 Peterbilt 579 Ultra Loft (Cummins engine)

Position Overview

• Position: OTR CDL-A Truck Driver (Lease Purchase Opportunity)

• Experience: Minimum 2 years OTR required

• Miles: 2,500–3,000 per week

• Freight: No-touch, customer-based freight

• Lanes: East of I-35

• Dispatch: No forced dispatch

• Home Time: Guaranteed – never miss home time
• 2 Weeks out, 2 days home

Compensation and Incentives

• Earn gross $190k to $230k Annually
• Weekly direct deposit (paid every Friday)
• Profit sharing with market surcharge
• $500 driver referral bonus

Stay Pay Longevity Bonus

• Year 1: $1,000 (paid quarterly)

• Year 2: $2,000

• Year 3: $3,000

• Year 4: $4,000

• Year 5+: $5,000

Bonuses are paid quarterly beginning on each yearly anniversary.
