Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multi-family construction and be skilled in stick-frame techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily construction operations and supervise on-site personnel
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Collaborate with project managers to develop project schedules and budgets
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work
- Resolve any issues that arise during the construction process
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of stick-frame construction techniques
- Experience managing multi-family construction projects
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
