We are a cutting-edge Endodontic practice in search of an Endodontic Associate. Our practice is experiencing significant growth and is backed by an exceptional Partner, along with a skilled clinical and administrative team. Responsibilities
- Conduct root canal treatments, retreatments, and apical surgeries adhering to the highest standards of care.
- Diagnose and manage conditions affecting the dental pulp and surrounding tissues.
- Collaborate with general dentists and other dental specialists to formulate and implement patient treatment plans.
- Effectively communicate with patients to inform them about their treatment options, aiding them in making educated decisions regarding their oral health.
- Ensure all procedures comply with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records within our practice management system.
- Engage in ongoing education and professional development to remain current with the latest techniques, technologies, and industry advancements.
- Work alongside our administrative team to assist with appointment scheduling, patient communications, and billing as necessary.
- Commit to delivering outstanding patient care while fostering a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive practice environment.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Must hold a DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental institution.
- Completion of a certificate program in endodontics from an accredited institution or currently enrolled in a residency program.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated clinical proficiency and a dedication to delivering high-quality patient care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building rapport with patients and collaborating effectively with the dental team.
