Position: Manufacturing Engineer
Pay Range: $75,000 – $90,000 + Bonus
Location: Keene, NH
Job Description
We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to support production operations and drive continuous improvement across the facility. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency, reduce downtime, and improve overall manufacturing performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and output
- Partner with production teams to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions
- Analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Support initiatives focused on quality, cost reduction, and productivity
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs and work instructions
- Assist with new product launches and production readiness
- Work with quality and operations teams to resolve defects and improve consistency
- Participate in Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement projects
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong understanding of machining, assembly, or industrial processes
- Experience with process improvement and problem-solving methods
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
