DiAntonio's Catering Company - 228 Krams Ave, Philadelphia, PA, 19127. Seeks drivers for catering and event setup. This is a fulltime, year round position. Shift runs from 5:30 am - 2:30 pm, 40 hours a week plus overtime available. Part-time available from 9:30 am - 2:30 pm. Management positions are available for experienced catering professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely deliver food, beverages, and equipment to client locations on time
- Set up buffet-style catering displays and ensure presentation standards are met
- Communicate professionally with clients and provide excellent customer service
- Load and unload vehicles efficiently, with attention to safety and cleanliness
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and event managers to ensure order accuracy
- Break down and clean up event set-ups after service
- Maintain a clean and well-organized vehicle
- Report mileage, delivery times, and feedback to management
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Access to a reliable, insured vehicle (larger vehicle preferred but not required)
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and be on your feet for extended periods
- Punctual, detail-oriented, and able to follow directions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in food service, catering, or delivery a plus
Schedule & Availability:
- Mostly weekday mornings and midday (occasional evenings or weekends for events)
- Flexible scheduling available
