Job Title: LPN – Long-Term Care (LTC)
Location: Palmer, AK 99645
Shift: Nights | 12-Hour Shifts
Schedule: 36 Hours per Week
Contract Length: 20 Weeks
Pay Rate: $30 – $35 per Hour

Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care in a long-term care setting. The LPN will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, patient-centered care during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including medication administration and treatments

• Monitor residents’ vital signs and overall clinical status

• Assist with care planning and accurate documentation

• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and healthcare team members

• Respond promptly to changes in residents’ conditions

• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards

• Support residents with activities of daily living as needed

Requirements

• Active LPN license (Alaska or Compact State)

• Minimum 1 year of Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing experience preferred

• Current BLS certification

• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

• Ability to work independently on night shifts
