Job Description:
As a Shopper, you will be responsible for selecting and purchasing high-quality products on behalf of our customers. You will be expected to carefully follow customer orders, select items efficiently, and ensure timely delivery. Your ability to provide excellent customer service and attention to detail will be key to your success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Review and fulfill customer orders based on preferences and specifications.
- Select items in-store or online with great attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ensure the quality and freshness of perishable items.
- Communicate with customers regarding any issues with their orders, substitutions, or out-of-stock items.
- Ensure orders are packed and ready for delivery or pickup in a timely manner.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and store inventory.
- Handle customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in retail, customer service, or similar roles is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions carefully.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift and carry items as needed.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
