Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Director of Pharmacy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. 
Soliant Health has a critical need for an Interim Director of Pharmacyfor an inpatient-hospital setting. The ideal candidate must have prior inpatient/hospital management experience and an active/clear CA license. Job Title: Interim Director of Pharmacy

Setting:Hospital - Inpatient
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Lead and direct pharmacy department operations.</li>
<li>Ensure regulatory pliance and hospital policy adherence.</li>
<li>Manage budget, expenses, and inventory effectively.</li>
<li>Collaborate with healthcare teams to enhance medication therapy and patient safety.</li>
<li>Oversee technology systems for efficient pharmacy operations.</li>
<li>Maintain supplier relationships for timely medication procurement.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Active/clear CA license</li>
<li>At least 2+ years of experience as a Director of Pharmacy</li>
<li>Inpatient-hospital experience</li>
<li>Full-time availability with flexibility to travel</li>
