We’re seeking a motivated Public Relations Assistant to support our expanding campaigns on behalf of impactful nonprofits and mission-driven brands. In this role, you’ll help shape public perception, build awareness, and foster meaningful relationships through in-person outreach, live events, and community media initiatives.

What You’ll Do

Assist with planning and executing PR campaigns, live events, and media initiatives

Represent client brands and nonprofit causes at public events, retail activations, and community pop-ups

Communicate key messages face-to-face with the public, donors, and community stakeholders

Help draft public-facing materials including talking points, event summaries, and impact reports

Support coordination with media contacts, local influencers, and community leaders

Track public sentiment and campaign engagement, reporting insights to leadership

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure aligned messaging across all outreach channels

Contribute creative ideas to boost brand awareness and engagement
Who We’re Looking For
You’re:

Outgoing, enthusiastic, and confident in public-facing roles

An excellent verbal and written communicator

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills

Eager to learn and grow within PR and communications

18+ with a high school diploma or GED

Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
