Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years OR RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Day shifts: 4x10 hour shifts weekly
  • Limit of 3 Fridays or Mondays off in a 6-week schedule
  • 36 weekly guaranteed hours
  • Call rotation: approximately every 6-7 days, with rotating weekend call and scheduled out-late shifts (not on-call but may extend if needed)

Required Qualifications:

  • Current RN licensure
  • BLS certification (AHA only)
  • At least 1 year of NEURO Circulating OR experience
  • Proficiency in general surgery, urology, GYN, orthopedics (including scopes and arthroplasty)
  • Experience with DaVinci Xi robotic platform
  • Familiarity with Hana Table, Arthrex tower, and Beach Chair positioning
  • Flu vaccination required (Nov 1–Apr 1), with client-approved exemptions considered

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating perioperative patient care
  • Serving as a dedicated patient advocate throughout surgical procedures
  • Managing equipment safely and efficiently (EMR use: EPIC)
  • Adhering to hospital dress code (hospital-provided or black scrubs within the OR)
