Talent Acquisition Specialist
Express Employment Professionals is hiring for a Talent Acquisition Specialist position in its Springfield, OH location. We're looking for a self-motivated, high energy recruiter. This job requires heavy phone work and great organization. We offer commission on top of your salary, as well as opportunities to earn bonuses.
Pay: $20/hour
Hours: 8am-5pm Monday-Friday, plus occasional evenings and weekends for job fairs
Experience:
- 2 years of related experience, e.g. call center
- Computer literate with MS Office and good keyboard skills
- Prior sales experience strongly preferred
Responsibilities:
- Learn to screen, interview, and recruit candidates for factory and administrative positions.
- Learn to work with testing, reference and background checking, workers compensation, unemployment management and other HR functions.
- Document conversations for record-keeping purposes.
- Attend job fairs and community events.
- Make sales calls.
Skills:
- Able to handle interruptions
- Assertive enough to develop jobs and fill them
- Excellent computer skills
- Great on the phone
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
