Job DescriptionCLIENT - ALLIANZ LIFEBusiness Systems Analyst (eApps): LOCATION - RICHFIELD, MINNESOTA - HYBRID : CONTRACT TO HIRE ROLEVisa - GC and USCRate -55$/C2CAll points should be mentioned in the resume of candidate that are mentioned in the Job description, atleast 10-12 points of each skill we need.MUST:LOCAL PROJECT EXPERIENCE IS A MUST HAVE.ALSO, LINKEDIN.3 months and will evaluate converting or extending contract engagement.Please see below intake notes for the below role (Managers Note)This overseeing the eSoultions Team in Enterprise Operations. This team is comprised of 6-8 Business Analysts who support the eApplication Platforms: Zinnia (AN4 & AMP), iPipeline (Affirm), Hexure(FireLight).They work directly with the Business End Users in doing requirements gathering, then are hands on in Building User Stories, Backlog grooming and working directly with the Development Teams(PO,SM, DEV, QA) n a monthly Agile Sprint cycle.In addition to BA responsibilities, these folks are heavily involved in Configuration. Meaning they are working with XML based layouts(Backend of the eApps) as they are configured to the eApps and making sure they are running properly.

  • i.e. customer chooses a particular Allianz Product. Once selected, it takes them through application process. Processes auto populate based off selected answer, configuration is the process flow that happens in front of customer.

Looking for Senior Business Analysts who have previous experience in Life and Annuities.Ideally finding candidates with the specific eApps platform exp(Listed above)Business Process, and Technical experience.
Location : Local Must be willing to go onsite 3x weekly
Position: Business Systems Analyst (eApp) - contract to hireStart Date: ASAPLocation: Local candidates only. Candidates are expected to be onsite 3 days/week.Length of Engagement: 3 months and will evaluate converting or extending contract engagementSince there is potential that this candidate could be hired in the future, I want to provide you with the Allianz Employee Salary Range for this position. would like to convert someone at $110,000 annually. Bonus target is 15% of base salary.
Business Systems Analyst

The Role :Partners with key stakeholders to understand operational opportunities and manages efforts to design and implement business systems solutions to achieve operational objectives and efficiencies by applying extensive knowledge of product, relevant regulations, and administrative systems and processes.
Essential Job Functions:

  • Designs solutions to realize operational opportunities especially in complex areas requiring a high level of business systems expertise. Able to deliver significant improvements in accuracy and efficiency through collaboration
  • Leads in the creation of processes, applications and models essential to successfully delivering on operational objectives.
  • Oversees monitoring of regulations, new product offerings and changes to existing product for impacts to business systems team responsibilities and the creation and/or implementation of new system requirements needed to update impacted applications and processes.
  • Ensures adherence to the quality control process.
  • Responsible for the training and development of individuals.


Minimum Requirements:

  • 8+ years of relevant technical and/or business experience
  • Four-year degree required: Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field; or specialized training or equivalent work experience.
  • Comprehensive technical skills at an expert level in the areas of: Insurance product features and mechanics; Programming concepts (XML, json, java); Knowledge of ACORD standards; Microsoft Excel functionality including Visual Basic for Applications; eApplication Platforms: Zinnia (AN4 & AMP), iPipeline (Affirm), Hexure (FireLight); Relevant regulations



Preferred Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in insurance industry operation or system support role.
