About the Role
We are looking for a licensed therapist to provide high-quality therapeutic services to a diverse client population, including adults, children, and families. This is a hybrid position where you will conduct a mix of in-person and telehealth sessions. The ideal candidate will be flexible, eager to learn, and committed to a collaborative model of care. The role requires a clinician who has experience in individual, group, and family therapy and is comfortable working in a multi-disciplinary setting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients across the lifespan (children and adults).
- Provide a blend of telehealth and in-person therapy sessions.
- In-person sessions with clients are required at least half day every week at our office in the SF Bay Area (You can choose to work at SF, Menlo Park, or Mountain View).
- Facilitate therapeutic group sessions on various topics (e.g., anxiety, depression, ADHD, social skills, parenting, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with our clinic's psychiatrists and other professionals to ensure integrated, holistic care for shared clients.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
- Engage in regular clinical consultation and supervision to support professional growth and case management.
- Administer and interpret psychological assessments and tests as needed, providing a deeper clinical context for treatment.
- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, collaborative clinic culture.
- Maintain licensure and pursue ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices.
Qualifications
- A Master's or Doctoral degree in a mental health field (e.g., Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Social Work).
- Active and unrestricted state licensure as a therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, Psy.D., Ph.D.) or an associate-level license (e.g., ASW, AMFT, APCC).
- Proven experience in providing therapy to both adult and child populations.
- Demonstrated experience or strong willingness to lead and facilitate group therapy.
- A growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning and professional development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in administering and interpreting psychological tests is highly desirable.
Pay range and compensation package
- Hourly Rate: $60 to $120 based on credential and experience.
- Hours: Minimum of 4 clinical hours per week, with the potential to increase caseload based on availability and client demand.
- Transition to W2: We offer a clear pathway to transition from a part-time, fee-for-service position to a full-time W2 employee.
