Job DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team on a contract basis in Hollywood, Florida. This role requires excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail, as you will be the initial point of contact for clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist clients and visitors with courtesy.
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area to create a welcoming environment.
• Coordinate lunch arrangements and support light administrative duties as needed.
• Prepare and manage shipping labels using FedEx or similar services.
• Answer and direct phone calls efficiently, ensuring inquiries are handled promptly.
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, both physical and electronic.
• Schedule meetings and appointments, maintaining calendars for team members.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
• Monitor and restock office supplies to ensure availability.
• Uphold company standards in appearance and conduct while representing the organization.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Previous experience in receptionist or administrative roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrates a detail-oriented approach and positive demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with shipping and labeling processes, such as FedEx.
• High attention to detail and reliability.
