Established design/build firm seeks an experienced finish carpenter with building trades knowledge wanted as a site superintendent for residential and tenant fit-out construction projects. Capable of collaborating with clients, architects and subcontractors to meet project deadlines. 10 + years’ experience.
Knowledgeable in various building materials and their proper use.
Ability to overcome unseen conditions and solve problems.
Ability to read plans/blueprints and specifications to execute projects with accuracy and craftsmanship.
Proficient with a wide variety of power tools.
Knowledge of all building sub-trades.
Reliable, meticulous, and punctual. Jobsites must be always left safe and clean.
Work independently or in a team setting.
Organizational, planning and time management skills.
Report daily to the project manager – concerns, delays.
Effective written and oral communications skills.
Leadership/motivational skills to be proactive on the jobsite managing subtrades.
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certified
Paid holidays, vacation, 401K, Healthcare - $35.00 to $40.00/hour.
