We're looking for a dynamic and growth-oriented individual to join us as a Member Experience Coordinator. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet and warmly welcome members and visitors, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Answer and manage phone calls, including appointment bookings and confirmations.
  • Schedule and maintain accurate appointment calendars.
  • Support new member inquiries and assist with member retention efforts.
  • Proactively encourage and facilitate appointment rebooking.
  • Provide information to members about services and offerings and help to close sales for new memberships.
  • Perform clerical tasks including filing, photocopying, and printing.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and assist with tidiness in service areas.
  • Follow daily opening and closing procedures.
  • Update the team calendar daily.
  • Receive and distribute mail and packages.
  • Assist with basic inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and notifying management of low supplies.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

  • Previous experience in sales.
