Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
An opportunity is available for an experienced Registered Nurse in Emergency Care to provide critical and compassionate patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment. This full-time contract position offers 3 twelve-hour shifts per week, with night and mid shifts available, including weekend and holiday rotations. Candidates must be ready to start as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients physical, psychological, social, spiritual, developmental, cultural, and educational needs.
- Review patient history, lab results, and diagnostics, promptly reporting abnormalities to physicians and the care team.
- Develop and implement individualized care and discharge plans based on patient data and medical directives.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to establish realistic, measurable care goals.
- Perform ongoing reassessments as required by patient condition and policy guidelines.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current RN license with a minimum of 1 year of professional nursing experience.
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills in emergency care settings.
- Ability to work varied shifts including nights, mids, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Additional Details:
- Schedule: 3 twelve-hour shifts per week (night and mid shifts available)
- Weekend Requirement: 3 weekends per 4-week schedule
- On-call shifts: 1-2 per 4-week schedule
- No floating assignments
