Job Description
The Production Operator is a vital role responsible for safely and efficiently running a production line. This position involves comprehensive training to manage the full line, from dough mixing to tortilla packaging, ensuring optimal performance and contributing directly to company metrics.
Responsibilities
- Operate and manage the production line safely and efficiently.
- Ensure the overall performance of the production line, including dough mixing and tortilla packaging.
- Maintain excellent quality standards and focus on production metrics.
- Identify and analyze problems to plan effective solutions.
Essential Skills
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Experience with food manufacturing processes.
- Ability to work with manufacturing equipment.
- Good hand-eye coordination and high attention to detail.
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills.

The company operates in a world-class, SQF certified facility located in Caldwell, Idaho. With over 45 years of experience, the company manufactures high-quality flour and corn tortillas using premium ingredients and advanced processes. The facility employs over 300 full-time employees and produces about 5 million tortillas daily, serving customers worldwide.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Caldwell, Idaho.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
