Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to a diverse caseload of K-8 students.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide intervention in two school buildings, ensuring each students unique needs are addressed.
- Utilize teletherapy methods as needed to supplement in-person therapy.
- Document progress and communicate regularly with all stakeholders.
- Adapt therapy techniques for a variety of settings, including school and home health environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) with experience in school-based practice.
- Background in home health and healthcare occupational therapy is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of students and multiple locations.
- Experience managing caseloads that span multiple buildings.
