We have an immediate need for an Electrical Dispatcher with Field Edge dispatch experience or equivalent software to meet our current contract requirements in the rapidly growing Fort Myers, FL area. Because we have a reputation of getting the job done, we are requested to do unique, one-of-a-kind projects. Due to our recent success in this industry and a growing workload, we have an immediate need for a person with a can-do attitude and can work independently.

Education and Experience:

· High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; Associate’s or Technical degree preferred.

· Minimum 1-2 years of experience in dispatching, electrical service coordination, or a related field.

· Familiarity with electrical systems, generator and solar, terminology, and field operations is a strong asset.

· Spanish is a plus.

Required Skills:

• Ability to handle high call volumes, coordinate multiple field technicians, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Proficient with dispatching software, preferably Field Edge, scheduling tools and Word/Excel.
• Basic understanding of electrical service work, including terminology and standard procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret service tickets, work orders, and simple electrical plans is a plus.
• Experience using GPS and routing systems for dispatching field technicians.
• Hear and resolve complaints from customers or the public.
• Perform administrative support tasks, such as using a computer to work with pay records, invoices, balance sheets, or other documents.
• File and maintain records of all jobs as needed
• Dispatch various jobs to field personal’s tablet or phone and keep track of dispatched jobs with tools provided.
• Strong customer service skills, able to communicate with clients in a professional and courteous manner.
• Able to sync software and jobs with QuickBooks and Field Edge and follow up as needed.

• A good working knowledge of electrical wiring and/or construction would be beneficial to applicant.
• Support to sales department; documents, drawings, communication to customers and other items as needed.

· A general knowledge of computer software integration and the ability to learn new software would be beneficial to applicant.

· Must be able to work all hours as needed to complete tasks and take turn on “On Call” rotation for dispatching after hours.
