Golden Beginnings is a growing pediatric therapy practice serving families across San Diego County. We specialize in early intervention services for children birth to 3, providing home-based therapy that meets kids and families right where they are. We’re a small, family oriented team that values quality care, strong relationships, and building something meaningful together.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Speech Language Pathologist who wants more than just a job. We’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us. You’ll carry a full caseload of early intervention clients (ages 0–3) across San Diego County, providing home-based speech and language therapy. You’ll work closely with families, collaborate with our OT team, and have the support of a team that genuinely cares about its people.

What You’ll Do

· Provide home-based, speech-language therapy to children ages 0–3 throughout San Diego County

· Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and write progress reports

· Collaborate with families, service coordinators, and other therapy team members

· Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

· Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive team culture

What We’re Looking For

· Master’s degree in Speech/Language Pathology

· Active California SLP license (or in process)

· CCC-SLP from ASHA (or CF eligible, let’s talk)

· Pediatric experience required, especially with early intervention populations

· Bilingual Spanish a plus

· Reliable transportation for home visits throughout San Diego County

· Someone who values being part of a smaller team and wants to build a long-term career here

· $45–$68/hour based on experience
