Total Earning Potential:
Up to $90,000/year (Base + Performance Bonuses)

The Opportunity:

  • Competitive Salary: $75,000 – $80,000 base salary.
  • Performance Bonuses: You’ll be eligible for a quarterly performance-based bonus. While the bonus fluctuates, we guarantee a minimum of 3% of your annual base salary, with the ability to earn significantly more based on goal attainment—bringing your total annual compensation potential up to $85,000 - $90,000.

Your Mission


  • Lead & Mentor: Provide high-level guidance to District and General Managers to ensure "The Standard" is met at every location, every day.

  • Drive Profitability: Take ownership of financial KPIs, inventory, and cost control. You’ll find the "hidden" opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.

  • Master the Guest Experience: Ensure every guest across 7 locations receives a five-star experience by resolving issues and proactively improving service quality.

  • Scale Operations: Collaborate with the Executive Team to build and implement the strategies and SOPs required to scale from 7 locations to the next level.

  • Ensure Compliance: Maintain a safe, healthy, and legally compliant environment across the entire portfolio.

What You Bring to the Table


  • The Track Record: Proven experience managing multiple high-volume restaurant locations and catering services.
  • The Expertise: A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Business is preferred, but your real-world financial acumen and leadership results are what matter most.
  • The Mindset: You are a data-driven decision-maker who stays cool under pressure and has a passion for the latest industry trends.
  • The Location: Based in California, with the ability to travel between our local units.


The Fine Print (Compensation & Benefits)


  • Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year.

  • Bonus Eligibility: Quarterly performance-based bonuses (min. 3% annual base,
  • reviewed annually, paid within 45 days of quarter end).
