Our client is seeking a dedicated Office Assistant to join its team in Newtown, Pennsylvania. Responsibilities:

• Process and oversee incoming orders with accuracy and efficiency.

• Perform detailed data entry tasks to maintain accurate records.

• Greet visitors and staff warmly, providing assistance as needed.

• Organize and maintain filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents.

• Handle clerical tasks such as scanning, sorting, and distributing documents.

• Answer incoming calls promptly, addressing inquiries or directing them appropriately.

• Support office operations by performing receptionist duties and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

• Collaborate with team members to fulfill administrative needs and improve processes.
