Staff Accountant
Location:&nbsp;South Orange County (Onsite)
Salary:&nbsp;$70,000 – $75,000
We’re seeking a Staff Accountant with 3+ years of experience to join a growing team in South Orange County. This is a full-time onsite role with a strong focus on Excel and general accounting duties.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Record routine journal entries with full documentation</li>
<li>Complete account reconciliations, including cash and bank accounts</li>
<li>Reconcile monthly P&amp;L and perform bank reconciliations</li>
<li>Review AP and AR postings to ensure proper coding and identify needed accruals or reclassifications</li>
<li>Assist with the yearly inventory counts at branch locations</li>
<li>Prepare various cash audits</li>
<li>Support month-end close process</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance</li>
<li>3+ years of accounting experience</li>
<li>Strong Excel skills (vlookup, pivot tables)</li>
<li>Knowledge of US GAAP</li>
<li>NetSuite experience is a plus</li>
<li>Strong analytical, communication, and time-management skills</li>
<li>Highly organized and a strong team player</li>
</ul>
