Be a key player in keeping our operations moving—join our team as a Shipping & Receiving Clerk at InnovaFlex!
At InnovaFlex, we’re advancing the future of semiconductor manufacturing through innovation, precision, and teamwork. We’re seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to manage the flow of parts, materials, and critical supplies that power our facility from start to finish. In this hands-on role, you’ll coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including packaging, processing, and accurate data entry. You’ll also manage the ordering, storage, and delivery of chemicals and specialty gases from the warehouse to the factory floor.
In addition, you’ll have the opportunity to train and certify as a member of the Emergency Response Team, playing a vital role in maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
You’ll be at the intersection of logistics, inventory control, and safety—supporting daily production while contributing to emergency preparedness and operational excellence.

Major Responsibilities:
- Customer shipments (10%)
- Delivery of parts / materials and consumables to factory (35%)
- Ordering and receiving of parts / materials and consumables (25%)
- Proper documentation and AX transactions / inventory accountability (30%)
Education & Years of Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2-5 years Semiconductor and/or Parts room service/chemical handling/AX use preferred

- Hourly Wage: $20.00-$24.58 plus 10% shift differential
- Annual Bonus: 10% (prorated based on DOH)

Qualifications & Skills:
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001-14001 procedures and practices
- Ability to follow written and oral directions in a high-tech manufacturing environment
- Possess computer skills and competency in MS office applications (Word / Excel / Outlook)
- Willingness to learn, improve and adapt when working under time constraints, production issues
- Auditing and Inventory control
Licenses or certifications:
N/A
Working Environment:
- Fab – Cleanroom: 5%
- Office- 95%
- Working around hazardous chemicals that require the use of proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Other:
- Ability to understand and execute Management and Engineering directives
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment
- Ability to work in and enforce established company safety guidelines / Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Ability to lift over 40lbs
Work Schedule:
- 40+ hours per week
- Mon-Fri: 3:00pm- 11:30pm (2nd Shift)
