Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable policies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse client base.
  • Explain complex insurance concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Process new insurance applications and renewals accurately.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective client engagement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product offerings.


Requirements

  • Active Alabama Property & Casualty License (Required)
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or a client-facing role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A genuine desire to help people and understand their needs.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfort with technology and learning new systems.
  • Independent thinker who relates to a team environment
