Job Title: Driver/Warehouse - 26ft Box Truck
Location: Monmouth & Ocean County, NJ
Pay Rate: $20-25/hour

Position Type: Full-Time | On-Site | Monday-Friday

We are hiring a full-time Driver in Monmouth & Ocean County, NJ! In this role, you’ll support daily transportation needs, maintain vehicle readiness, and assist warehouse operations to keep our workflow running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, ensuring vehicles are clean, fueled, strapped properly, and stocked with required baskets (fluids, jumper cables, straps).
Maintain accurate time sheets, recording driving time and non-driving tasks and completing mileage documentation.
Support warehouse operations by unloading and loading trucks, receiving deliveries, and organizing equipment.
Report any vehicle issues immediately, including warning lights, mechanical concerns, or damage.
Follow safety protocols during accidents and bad weather, including documentation, communication, and proper procedures.

What We’re Looking For

Reliable drivers with attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility for vehicle care and safety.
Ability to perform physical tasks such as loading/unloading equipment and assisting warehouse staff.
Must be familiar with the NY Tri-State area
Comfort working in various weather conditions and adhering to special storm protocols.
A safety-first mindset, especially regarding inspections, reporting issues, and accident handling.
