We are looking for an HR Coordinator to join our team in Savannah, Georgia. In this contract role, you will play a vital part in ensuring efficient human resources operations and exceptional support for employees and new hires. Responsibilities:
• Oversee employee credentialing processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Support onboarding activities for new hires, including documentation and orientation.
• Maintain and update HR information systems (HRIS) to keep employee records accurate and organized.
• Conduct employment verifications and respond to related inquiries in a timely manner.
• Provide prompt and attentive customer service to employees and management.
• Collaborate with the HR team to enhance processes and improve employee experience
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with HR processes, including onboarding and compliance, is preferred.
• Experience with ADP is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
• Knowledge of employment verification procedures and HR compliance standards.
• Previous experience in healthcare or related industries is advantageous but not required.
