The Front Office Receptionist plays a vital role in managing daily front desk operations and providing exceptional customer service within a large administrative team. This role involves handling visitor reception, phone communications, appointment scheduling, and managing vendor relationships, all while utilizing standard office software and phone systems to ensure smooth and efficient office functions. The receptionist is expected to maintain professional interaction, coordinate office supplies, and support administrative record-keeping with regular office hours and no travel requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk reception and greet visitors warmly
- Handle incoming phone calls using call management features
- Schedule and organize appointments efficiently
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Enter and maintain data accurately

Preferred Qualifications
- 1/2 experience in front office or administrative roles
- High School Diploma or equivalent
