Our client is a non-profit organization. They seek a temp to perm Customer Service Representative to join their Queens, NY office.
Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload of virtual and onsite clients, track progress through program milestones, and deliver individualized employment support to promote long-term success
- Cultivate and sustain strong community and employer partnerships to expand client opportunities and strengthen workforce connections
- Coach clients to define and pursue employment goals, address barriers to success, and navigate their transition back into the workforce with confidence
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide solutions and resources aligned with individual needs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Paid or volunteer work in social services preferred
- Experience collaborating with individuals with physical and mental disabilities and/or substance abuse preferred
- Microsoft 365 and Salesforce experience preferred
- Ability to complete and pass the Social Security Administration’s CWIC certification preferred
