Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to provide strategic, high‑level administrative support to members of the executive leadership team. This is a visible and trusted role that partners closely with senior leaders to manage day‑to‑day operations of the executive office, coordinate complex schedules, and ensure seamless execution of priorities.

The Executive Assistant serves as a key liaison between executives and internal and external stakeholders and plays a critical role in keeping the executive office running smoothly and efficiently. This individual must demonstrate exceptional judgment, professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage a fast‑paced workload with accuracy and urgency.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Calendar & Travel Management: Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate complex travel arrangements
  • Meeting & Event Coordination: Plan and support meetings, conferences, and executive events including preparation, documentation, and follow‑up
  • Executive Support: Provide administrative and operational support to senior leaders and board‑level stakeholders as needed
  • Preparation & Research: Gather, analyze, and prepare information and materials in advance of meetings and presentations
  • Document Creation: Prepare agendas, reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other executive‑level materials
  • Communication Management: Monitor and manage executive inboxes, screen calls, and handle correspondence professionally
  • Gatekeeping: Prioritize requests, manage access, and protect executive time and focus
  • Office Administration: Handle expense reports, basic office management tasks, and light bookkeeping where applicable
  • Relationship & Contact Management: Maintain and organize executive contacts and support external communications
  • Projects & Special Assignments: Complete ad hoc projects and support special initiatives as assigned

•Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Equivalent experience considered in lieu of a degree
  • Background in business, management, accounting, or a related field is a plus
  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior leadership in a high‑level administrative or executive assistant role
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to handle high volumes of work with accuracy and discretion
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills
