The role is a 13-week contract located in a healthcare setting in Pawtucket, RI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate MRI equipment to produce diagnostic images
- Prepare patients for MRI scans, ensuring comfort and safety
- Maintain patient records and imaging documentation accurately
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team to optimize imaging procedures
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current BLS certification required
- ARRT (MR) certification required; ARMRIT certification accepted as well
- Proven experience as an MRI technologist with a strong understanding of MRI imaging techniques
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
