Job DescriptionWelder – Full Time&nbsp; We’re looking for an experienced welder who takes pride in clean, strong, reliable work. If you enjoy building, repairing, and fabricating metal components in a fast‑paced environment, this role will fit you well. We specialize in Carbon Steel Pipe Fab &amp; Install as well as some Structural Steel Fab &amp; Install. Responsibilities:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Perform Stick and potentially TIG welding on carbon steel and stainless steel.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal structures and equipment.</li>
<li>Inspect finished welds for quality and safety.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe work area.</li>
</ul>
 Requirements:
<ul>
<li>2+ years welding experience (or trade school equivalent).&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ability to pass a weld test.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and safety.</li>
<li>Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet.</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license preferred.</li>
</ul>
