Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Initiate and maintain communication with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales goals through effective prospecting, presenting, and closing of insurance products.

Policy Customization: Analyze clients' requirements and design personalized insurance plans.

Product Knowledge: Stay well-informed about Allstate products and services to effectively communicate benefits to clients.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-lasting relationships to encourage customer retention and referrals.


Requirements

Licensing: Active Property & Casualty Insurance License is preferred.

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is beneficial.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Customer-Focused: A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
