We are seeking a Pharmacy Director for a direct-hire opportunity in International Falls, MN. This role includes full-time benefits and relocation assistance. The Pharmacy Director will oversee all pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations while leading a team to optimize workflow and service delivery.

Schedule: Full-Time.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws.
• Lead, manage, and mentor pharmacy staff to maintain a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Monitor and manage the pharmacy budget to ensure cost-effective operations.
• Ensure proper medication storage, inventory management, and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care and service delivery.
• Evaluate staff performance, provide coaching, and address operational or personnel issues.
• Stay current with pharmacy industry trends and best practices to improve operations.

Requirements:

• Active Minnesota State Pharmacist license in good standing (if a pharmacist).
• Non-pharmacists must have experience in pharmacy management or a related industry.
