We are a reputable employee-owned general contractor with a large portfolio in the healthcare, aerospace, entertainment, luxury retail, housing, and energy markets. We are capable of completing sophisticated and highly technical tenant upgrades within operational buildings as well as large-scale ground-up projects.
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Project Manager (PM) to support our project management team in executing various construction projects across the entertainment sector. The PM will assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing project activities to ensure successful delivery within budget and timeline constraints.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate communication between project stakeholders and team members.
- Support project managers in the planning and execution of various projects.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
- Help manage project documentation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to problem-solving and decision-making processes.
- Assist in risk assessment and mitigation planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, project management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in project management or a similar role.
- Familiarity with construction in the entertainment industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g. MS Project, Primavera P6, BIM, etc.)
