Job responsibilities include:
- Positive, friendly, and outgoing attitude required
- Receive and identify all incoming materials and parts.
- Process all incoming paperwork and log orders into the computer.
- Process all outgoing paperwork related to the shipping and delivery process.
- Pack and safely secure parts and materials for shipment.
- Interact professionally with Customer and Suppliers.
- Load and unload materials from the truck or van.
- Safely use material handling equipment.
- Informing customers when orders are ready for pickup.
- Able to safely lift and handle parts weighting 1 to 35 pounds.
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Ability to learn quickly on the job
- Reliable, responsible, honest, and trustworthy
- Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases/system
Candidate Requirements:
- 1-3 years general office experience
- Punctual - no tardies please!
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills
