Flexibility with hours for morning, afternoon, or evening as we are looking for part-time or a full time employee willing to work in our Riverside Production Facility and our downtown Overland Park Retail store. Both locations have part-time of 24-34 hours per week available. Full time can be guaranteed with flexibility to work in two locations.
Production Facility Packaging & Fulfillment
Position Overview As a Popcorn packager and order fulfillment, you are the final guardian of the "Gourmet Popcorn". Your primary responsibility is to ensure our small-batch gourmet products are packaged with precision, efficiency, and a focus on maintaining peak quality for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Quality Control: Inspect every batch to ensure it meets our "Small Batch" standards before sealing.
- Operational Efficiency: Maintain high output levels while minimizing product waste.
- Technical Compliance: Follow specific checklists for machine operation to ensure safety and consistency.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail regarding product freshness and bag seals.

Overland Park Sales Associate
Position Overview Are you ready to join a "culinary adventure"? We are looking for a high-energy, pun-loving "Fun Neighbor" to join our Overland Park team! As a Sales Associate, you aren’t just selling snacks—you’re helping our neighbors explore a full spectrum of flavors, from Classic Buttery to Deep Savory Popcorns and Ice Cream.
Key Responsibilities
- The "Fun Neighbor" Experience: Greet every customer with a welcoming, high-energy attitude that makes them feel like a regular.
- Flavor Mastery: Guide customers through our popcorn tasting wall, explaining the difference between our Sweet Candy-Coated and Savory varieties.
- Streamlined Execution: Use 3-5 step checklists to handle busy shifts with ease, ensuring every customer gets their popcorn and ice cream fast.
- Visual Merchandising: Keep our retail display looking sharp by following visual management and Kanban signals for restocking.
- Community Ambassador: Proudly represent a local Kansas City brand and share our "Flavor for Everyone" mission with the downtown and farmer's market crowds.
