We’re seeking experienced Superintendents in Healthcare, Ground-Up, and Class A Interior Finish Outs. Join a client-focused team delivering safe, well-run projects and ethical practices
SUPERINTENDENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead field operations to complete projects on time, under budget, and with quality
- Manage scheduling (Microsoft Project), safety, compliance, and documentation
- Communicate effectively with owners, designers, and project teams
- Act as a constructability expert and ensure adherence to plans/specifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 5+ years in healthcare construction (hospitals, clinics, acute care)
- Experience in ground-up and finish-outs up to $10M
- Procore & scheduling experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in construction science preferred
