Duration: 9 Weeks
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | 5x8 Hours
Pay Rate: $58 – $63.50/hr (based on experience)
Job Summary
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality perioperative care in a fast-paced surgical environment. The RN will be responsible for scrub and circulating duties across multiple surgical specialties while ensuring patient safety, accurate documentation, and adherence to clinical standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive perioperative nursing care in the OR
- Perform both scrub and circulating nurse roles
- Develop and implement individualized surgical care plans
- Ensure accurate intraoperative and postoperative documentation
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and OR team members
- Monitor patient status during surgical procedures
- Respond quickly to intraoperative changes or emergencies
- Supervise and support OR support staff
- Maintain infection control and surgical safety standards
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of acute care Operating Room experience
- Ability to scrub and circulate independently
- Strong experience in:
- General Surgery (laparoscopic & robotic)
- Orthopedics / Spine / Podiatry
- Urology
- ENT
- Vascular Surgery
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
