Job Title: Canadian Payroll Specialist
Location: Remote
Type: Contract Role
Pay rate- $35-40 per hour
About the Role
Our client, a leader in chemical manufacturing, is seeking a Payroll Analyst to join their team. As a Payroll Analyst, you will be responsible for Canadian payroll processing. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset—qualities that will contribute to success within the organization.

- Manage end-to-end payroll delivery for Canada
- Ensure accurate and timely payments to employees in both the US and Canada, in compliance with statutory legislation and company policies
What’s Needed?
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in payroll, preferably with Canadian payroll
- Proven experience as a Payroll Lead or in a similar role
- Experience with ADP Celegro and/or Global View is an asset
